Do not judge a book by its cover

Do not judge me by my lack of wealth.
Judge me by my character,
But do not hold me accountable for my character,
For I will change,
But for the better.
In spite of your bitterness towards me,
I have love for you.
I know I don't make time for you,
But I need time for myself.
To explore my life, to explore something other then you.
So please,
Don't judge me if I must leave.
I'm not locked down to my environment.
Where I arrive,
It shall be.
For life is worth more then what you may judge me to be.
For I love being me and that is all I can be.
