A Prayer: To Your Spirit Guide

He gave me light when all I saw was darkness.
He gave me hope when all my life I endured in hopelessness.
When it rains, he shows me comfort,
physically, and mentally.
All my faults, all my sins have been cleansed,
When I thought I would live in karma.
As my heart started to feel cold, he gave me heat,
So I can warm my heart and show love to all that is around me.
Whether a person, thing, or object, he said to appreciate whatever it may be.
He continues to show me the way,
But he doesn't make it easy.
He shows gives me lessons and through them I learn.
Forever grateful for your presence,
