A letter to Pac

Dear Pac,
I know we never meet,
But I felt you should hear this.
You saved me.
When I needed advice you gave it,
When I needed it the most.
You said,

"Some say the blacker the berry, the sweeter the juice.
I say the darker the flesh, then the deeper the roots.
I give a holla to my sisters on welfare,
2Pac cares if don't nobody else care,
And I know they like to beat you down a lot."

It's true, people like to clown a lot,
But we have to keep our head up and move through the stormy waters if that's what it takes to get the next positive step in your life.

Its you Pac,
The guru no one crowned so,
A poet,
A legend,
A spirit guide to many,
And to the wrongful shooters,
We pray they rest in dirt.
